Job summary

Novogradac is seeking a Property Compliance Analyst to handle tenant file reviews under Section 42 and 24 CFR Part 5. The role supports regulatory compliance, identifies risk areas, and ensures timely, accurate completion of engagements.

Remote or hybrid work options may be available based on business needs. Ideal candidates bring 3+ years of Section 42 experience, a high school diploma (Bachelor's preferred), and certifications such as COS or HCCP.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent; 3+ years of Section 42 experience with focus on 24 CFR Part 5 income eligibility.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred; COS/HCCP certifications strongly preferred and encouraged to obtain.
• Solid understanding of HOTMA and tenant file compliance rules; strong communication and judgement.

Responsibilities

• Complete pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews and reports for designated clients.
• Identify potential problem areas during engagements and recommend actions.
• Research federal/state regulations and apply findings with supervisory guidance.
• Meet deadlines in a clockwork, deadline-driven environment with accuracy.
• Develop client relationships through professionalism and follow-through.
