Qualifications

High school diploma or equivalent required.
Bachelor’s degree preferred; COS, HCCP or related certifications encouraged.
Experience with Section 42 and 24 CFR Part 5 related to income eligibility.

Responsibilities

Complete pre- and post-occupancy tenant file compliance reviews and reports.
Identify potential problem areas and conduct regulatory research under supervision.
Meet productivity and accuracy benchmarks in a deadline-driven environment.
Travel domestically up to 25–35% and discuss options for remote/hybrid work with recruiters.
