Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner- HVAC for a US-based remote role (Eastern/Central/Mountain time zones preferred). You will lead HVAC recruitment across the US, leveraging networks to fill high-volume, hard-to-fill roles in a deadline-driven environment.

The candidate will have at least 5 years of HVAC recruitment experience and 7+ years in total recruiting, with strong sourcing and ATS skills. Travel to client locations may be required for training and meetings.

Qualifications

• 5 years HVAC recruitment experience
• 7+ years total recruiting experience
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent experience
• Knowledge of multi-state and federal employment laws (EEO, ADA, OFCCP)
• Strong candidate generation and networking skills from the HVAC/skilled trades sector

Responsibilities

• Builds a talent network within HVAC practitioner communities.
• Directly sources, screens, negotiates offers, and hires for open HVAC requisitions.
• Maintains strong relationships with business leaders and HR partners to meet talent needs.
• Develops search plans and creative approaches to deliver quality candidates.
• Maintains ATS data, tracks workflows and recruitment metrics.
