BGIS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner- HVAC for a U.S.-based remote role. The ideal candidate has 5+ years in HVAC recruitment and 7+ years total recruiting, with strong sourcing and interviewing skills and the ability to manage offers.

This role emphasizes building HVAC networks and partnering with HR across the US. Responsibilities include direct sourcing, candidate assessment, and optimizing ATS usage, while maintaining compliance with multi-state regulations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin or related field.
• Minimum 5 years HVAC recruitment experience, plus 7 years total recruiting.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Visio).
• Strong networking and search practices in Talent Acquisition.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent network within HVAC practitioner communities.
• Source, interview, negotiate offers and hire for open HVAC roles.
• Network with business leaders and HR partners to meet Talent needs.
• Develop and refine Boolean and advanced search strings for candidate sourcing.
• Maintain candidate data and workflows in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS).
• Drive efficiencies and cost-containment in recruiting processes.
