Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to join our team. This role is US-based with remote options and prefers candidates in Mountain, Central, or Eastern Time zones.

You will lead high-volume HVAC recruitment, build a strong candidate network, and partner with HR and operations to fill critical HVAC technician roles across the United States. The position requires 5+ years in HVAC recruitment and a total of 7+ years recruiting, with competitive benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration or related field required.
• 5+ years HVAC recruitment experience; 7+ years total recruiting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office; SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent network within HVAC and skilled trades communities.
• Source, screen, interview, negotiate offers and hire candidates for open roles.
• Develop relationships with business leaders and HR partners to meet talent needs.
• Create Boolean search strings and use job boards and social networks to identify candidates.
• Maintain candidate data in the ATS and track recruitment metrics.
