Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to join our team. This remote role is US-based, with preference for Eastern, Central, or Mountain time zones.

Expect to recruit HVAC technicians nationwide, build a strong talent network, and expertly manage the candidate lifecycle from sourcing to offers. Requires 5+ years HVAC recruitment experience and 7+ years total recruiting, along with strong ATS and Boolean search skills.

Qualifications

• 5+ years in HVAC recruitment (commercial)
• Total recruiting experience 7+ years
• Ability to recruit nationally for HVAC/skilled trades
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and EEO/OFCCP considerations
• Experience with applicant tracking systems and Boolean search

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a talent network within HVAC/skilled trades.
• Source, screen, interview, negotiate offers, and hire candidates for open roles.
• Develop proactive recruiting strategies and market intelligence.
• Manage candidate data in ATS and track recruitment metrics.
