Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to join our remote US team. This role targets high-volume HVAC recruiting and requires strong connections in the skilled trades to fill openings quickly. You will develop sourcing strategies, manage candidate pipelines, and partner with hiring managers across the US.

The position is remote, but travel for training or meetings may be required. A Bachelor's degree and 5+ years HVAC recruitment experience are expected, with 7+ years total

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related field or equivalent work experience required.
• 5 years recent and direct, commercial HVAC recruitment experience, plus at least 7 years total recruiting experience.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite - Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Visio required; working knowledge of SharePoint preferred.

Responsibilities

• Builds a talent network within business-specific practitioner communities for skilled trades.
• Source, interview, qualify, negotiate offers and hire candidates to fill open requisitions.
• Proactively networks and establishes effective working relationships while maintaining market intelligence.
• Use of social and professional networking sites to identify and source candidates.
• Track candidate workflows, source data, pre-screen information and all other metrics required.
• Maintain all pertinent applicant and interview data in the Applicant Tracking System.
