Job summary

BGIS ITS is seeking a Talent Acquisition Partner - HVAC to join our team. This remote role is US-based (Eastern preferred) with travel for training and meetings. You must have 5+ years of HVAC recruitment and 7+ years of total recruiting experience.

Responsibilities include building HVAC talent networks, direct sourcing, interviewing, negotiating offers, and managing candidate data in the ATS. BGIS offers competitive pay, 401(k), PTO, and development opportunities.

Qualifications

• 5+ years HVAC recruitment experience (direct, commercial).
• 7+ years total recruiting experience.
• Bachelor's degree in HR or related field or equivalent work experience.
• Advanced knowledge of MS Office and HR systems.
• Knowledge of multi-state and federal employment regulations preferred.

Responsibilities

• Build a talent network within HVAC practitioner communities.
• Source, interview, negotiate offers and hire candidates.
• Maintain candidate data and ATS records; track workflows and metrics.
• Develop creative search strategies and use social/professional networks to find candidates.
