Hourly, Inc. is seeking a results-driven Sales Representative to drive new business with SMB owners across the United States.

This 100% remote hunter role focuses on outbound prospecting, demos, and closing high-velocity deals in payroll, HCM, and workers' comp sectors. You will build a referral network, manage a robust pipeline, and collaborate with Customer Success to ensure long-term retention and residual income.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B field or territory sales experience in payroll, HCM, workers' comp, or insurance
• Bachelor's degree preferred
• Hunter mentality with a track record of exceeding quotas
• Strong closing skills in short, high-volume sales cycles
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to present fintech solutions simply
• Proficient with Google Workspace and modern CRM tools (Salesforce)

Responsibilities

• Lead generation and outbound activity to build a 3-4x pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and local events
• Own the full sales cycle from discovery and platform demos to proposals and closing the first payroll run
• Close 8+ new accounts per month to meet and exceed territory production objectives
• Develop referral networks with CPAs, insurance brokers, and banks to create warm leads
• Maintain CRM hygiene and provide weekly forecasting to leadership
• Collaborate with onboarding to ensure a smooth transition and high retention for integrated accounts
