Hourly, Inc. is a fast-growing fintech and insurtech platform simplifying payroll and workers' comp for SMBs across the United States. The Sales Representative will drive new business by selling Hourly's integrated solution to SMB owners and building a referral network with CPAs, brokers, and advisors.

This 100% remote hunter role offers uncapped commissions, a strong first-year OTE, and benefits including health, retirement, and unlimited PTO as Hourly expands its footprint.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B field or territory sales experience in payroll, HCM, workers' comp, or insurance.
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (preferred).
• Strong closing skills and ability to navigate short, high-volume sales cycles.
• Excellent verbal and written communication, with ability to present fintech solutions simply.

Responsibilities

• Lead generation: drive outbound activity to build a 3-4x pipeline through cold outreach, referrals, and local events.
• Full sales cycle ownership from discovery and platform demos to proposals and closing the payroll run.
• Meet and exceed territorial production by closing 8+ new accounts per month.
• Develop referral networks with CPAs, insurance brokers, and financial advisors.
