Hourly is a fast-growing fintech company offering payroll and Workers' Comp solutions to SMBs in the U.S. The Territory Sales Manager will own a remote US territory, generate a strong pipeline, and drive new business with an autonomous, hunter-focused approach.

You’ll be backed by enablement, CS, and modern tools to build long-term residual income. Ideal candidates have 1+ year of B2B field sales, proven outbound success, and comfort selling to SMBs in payroll/insurance spaces.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of B2B field or territory sales experience.
• Proven new-logo hunter with outbound prospecting experience.
• Comfort selling to small business owners in SMB-focused industries.
• Experience managing short sales cycles in high-volume environments.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Self-starter mindset with the ability to plan and execute within a territory.
• Bachelor's degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prospect and generate pipeline: drive outbound activity and referrals; maintain 3-4x pipeline coverage.
• Manage the full sales cycle from outreach to close, including discovery and demos.
• Build referral partnerships with CPAs, brokers, advisors, and banks.
• Forecast accurately with CRM hygiene and deal-stage updates.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Customer Success for onboarding and retention.
• Provide market feedback to inform product and GTM strategy.
