Job summary

Yakima Valley Farm Workers Clinic is seeking an HRIS Analyst to drive innovative HR technology solutions remotely, with periodic on-site travel to Yakima. This role focuses on system administration, reporting, integrations, and governance for HRIS/payroll tools.

The position requires lead experience in UKG Pro WFM, Docebo LMS integration, and cross-functional collaboration across HR, Payroll, Benefits, and IT. It offers strong health benefits, profit sharing, and generous PTO.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business administration or related field with 4+ years HRIS/HR operations or equivalent IT BA experience.
• 2+ years of UKG Pro WFM or related UKG platform administration.
• Experience with HRIS platforms beyond UKG and coordinating cross-system changes preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assess current configuration and workflows to streamline HR, Payroll, Benefits, and timekeeping processes.
• Manage HRIS optimization roadmap; gather requirements, analyze impact, prioritize work, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Define solutions with stakeholders; document configuration decisions and ensure build, testing, go-live readiness, and support.
