Virtua Health is seeking a skilled HR Systems professional to act as a technical resource for HR Systems from Recruitment through Payroll. You will troubleshoot user issues, define requirements with stakeholders, and drive improvements to HR processes and systems.

The role emphasizes performance, data integrity, and complex reporting, including creating dashboards and reports, with a strong focus on Workday and Microsoft Office proficiency. Remote-friendly, US-based positions are welcome.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years technical system experience with focus on system performance, data integrity and complex reporting.
• Workday expertise required, including newest technology and product offerings.
• Advanced level experience with Microsoft Office products.

Responsibilities

• Maintains current daily HR System activities including business process functionality, data validation, content/data migration, integrations, building conditional rules, reporting, new releases and supports HR peers and employed/contracted end users across the organization.
• Creates reports within HR Systems by understanding and triaging business needs internal/external to HR, including calculated fields.
• Validates and tests report structure to ensure security of information.
• Schedules delivery of reports to gain efficiency.
• Documents report specification and usage.
• Develops dashboards to capture organizational performance for management.
• Identifies opportunities to optimize implemented HR Systems by understanding HR business requirements.
• Applies system new release knowledge to current system configurations.
• Completes visual data flow tools, process mapping and presents recommendations to HR Management.
• Trains HR and Payroll Team members on HR system usage and Microsoft Applications as necessary.
• Documents procedures for system users and creates articles.
• Attends HR System conferences and external networks to identify best practices and knowledge shares findings with HR Leadership.
