Job summary

Overlake Medical Center & Clinics seeks a Senior HRIS Analyst to lead Workday HCM and related HR technology platforms. You will optimize processes, maintain data integrity, and deliver reports and analytics to support HR, Payroll, Benefits, and Talent management.

You’ll collaborate across HR, Information Services, Finance, and vendors to ensure compliant, scalable HR technology solutions and drive continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field required or equivalent.
• Minimum of 5 years of hands-on Workday administration, configuration, and support experience.
• Experience supporting HR, payroll, benefits, compensation, talent, and workforce management functions.
• Experience leading HR technology projects, system implementations, and process improvement initiatives.
• Experience supporting system integrations and data management activities.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary Workday SME and lead technical HRIS initiatives.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize Workday processes, structures, and system settings.
• Develop reports, dashboards, and analytics to support decision-making.
• Lead testing, integrations, and enhancements with external vendors as needed.
• Provide training, documentation, and advanced troubleshooting to HR stakeholders.
