Job summary

WCG is seeking an HR Technology Platforms Manager to own and evolve our HR technology ecosystem. You will lead strategy, governance, and administration across HRIS, ATS, onboarding, learning, and more to support business goals, improve user experiences, and enable data-driven decisions.

You will partner with HR Centers of Excellence, Business Partners, and Technology Solutions to identify opportunities for automation, AI-enabled capabilities, and scalable processes while ensuring compliance and

Qualifications

Minimum of 5 years of experience administrating and optimizing diverse HR technology platforms.
Experience integrating enterprise HR systems including ATS, LMS, and employee engagement tools.
Experience with HR system data extraction, reporting, and analytics.
Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.
Ability to translate technical concepts into business recommendations.

Responsibilities

Develop an HR technology roadmap with HR leadership that adapts to a dynamic environment.
Evaluate and upgrade HR platforms, drive enhancements and new investments.
Act as primary administrator for HR technology ecosystem and ensure governance.
Lead implementations, integrations, and optimization projects with vendors.
Drive automation and process redesign for efficiency, accuracy, and scalability.
Partner on training and change management to promote adoption.
Extract data for dashboards and workforce analytics; ensure data quality.
