Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. in the United States seeks an experienced HR Technology Platforms Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and evolution of our HR tech stack, including HRIS, ATS, LMS, and analytics.

You will partner with HR Leaders, IT, and Compliance to drive automation, data accuracy, and scalable processes. This role emphasizes data-driven decision making, system optimization, and AI-enabled solutions to improve user experience for employees and managers.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years of experience administering and optimizing a diverse array of HR technology platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience identifying, updating and implementing integrated enterprise HR systems including ATS, LMS, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement platforms.
• Prior experience supporting enterprise HR systems, including an HRIS, applicant tracking system, learning management system and employee engagement survey platforms.
• Experience with HR systems data extraction, reporting, and analytics.
• Demonstrated prior experience with at least two HR technology implementations, ideally an HRIS and/or applicant tracking system.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft CoPilot, Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience managing HR system configurations, workflows, permissions, integrations, and testing.
• Experience required in audit controls and external auditing support.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
