Job summary

WCG is seeking an HR Technology Platforms Manager to govern and evolve our HR tech ecosystem in a remote United States setting. You will oversee HRIS, ATS, onboarding, learning and performance systems, driving optimization and data-driven insights.

You’ll partner with HR leadership to implement automation, integrate vendors, and ensure compliant, scalable technology that supports employee experiences and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, information systems, business administration, computer science, data analytics, or related field.
• Minimum of 5 years administrating and optimizing HR technology platforms.
• Experience with HRIS, ATS, LMS and employee engagement platforms.
• Strong data extraction, reporting, and analytics capabilities.
• Experience with at least two HR technology implementations.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Copilot and Excel.
• Experience managing HR system configurations, workflows, integrations and testing.

Responsibilities

• Develop and govern a comprehensive HR technology roadmap with HR leaders and business owners.
• Configure, optimize, and secure HRIS/ATS/onboarding systems and related platforms.
• Drive process improvement, automation, and data-driven insights across HR operations.
• Manage vendor relationships, project plans, budgets, and implementation roadmaps.
• Ensure compliance, privacy, security, and audit readiness across systems.
