Job summary
WCG is seeking an HR Technology Platforms Manager to lead the management, configuration, and evolution of our HR technology ecosystem across HRIS, ATS, onboarding, learning, performance, and engagement tools. This role partners with HR COEs, HRBPs, and Tech Solutions to enable data-driven decisions and scalable operations.
The successful candidate will monitor AI-enabled capabilities, drive automation, and ensure security, privacy, and compliance across platforms while delivering measurable
Qualifications
- Minimum 5 years administrating and optimizing HR tech platforms.
- Experience integrating HRIS/ATS/LMS and employee engagement tools.
- Strong analytical and data extraction capabilities for workforce insights.
- Experience with AI-enabled HR tools and workflow automation.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Develop and govern the HR technology roadmap with HR leadership.
- Configure, upgrade, and optimize HRIS, ATS, onboarding, learning, and performance systems.
- Ensure compliance with privacy, security, and data protection requirements.
- Drive workflow automation to improve efficiency and scalability across HR operations.
- Partner with vendors, manage projects, and monitor timelines and budgets.
- Translate business needs into system enhancements and data capabilities.
