Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an HR Technology Platforms Manager to lead the strategy, governance, and optimization of the company’s HR technology ecosystem. You will champion data-driven decisions and collaborate with HR, finance, and compliance to align tech with business goals.

The role focuses on HRIS/ATS configuration, automation, and reporting, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled solutions and scalable processes. Remote-friendly, with travel as needed.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years administrating and optimizing HR technology platforms.
• Experience implementing integrated enterprise HR systems (ATS, LMS, Employee Engagement).
• Experience with HR data extraction, reporting, and analytics.
• Two HR technology implementations preferred; HRIS/ATS experience ideal.
• Strong MS Excel and reporting tool proficiency; AI-enabled solutions experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead HR technology roadmap with HR leadership and business owners.
• Configure, optimize, and govern HRIS, ATS, onboarding, learning, and more.
• Manage upgrades, integrations, permissions, and security settings.
• Drive process improvement and automation across HR operations.
• Partner with stakeholders to translate requirements into tech solutions.
• Ensure data quality, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Oversee vendor relationships and project implementations.
• Promote AI-enabled capabilities in daily HR workflows.
