Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an HR Technology Platforms Manager to oversee the HR technology ecosystem, ensuring it supports business objectives, enhances employee experiences, and drives efficiency.

You will partner with HR COEs and stakeholders to drive innovation, automation, and data-driven decision making in a modern, scalable HR tech environment. The role focuses on governance, system administration, optimization, and analytics, with a strong emphasis on AI-enabled solutions and

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Information Systems, Business Administration, Computer Science, Data Analytics, or related field.
• 5+ years administering and optimizing a diverse array of HR technology platforms.
• 2+ years identifying, updating and implementing integrated enterprise HR systems including ATS, LMS, Employee Relations and Employee Engagement platforms.
• Experience with HR systems data extraction, reporting, and analytics.
• Demonstrated experience with at least two HR technology implementations, ideally an HRIS and/or applicant tracking system.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft CoPilot, Excel and reporting tools.
• Excellent project management and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
• Promotes and integrates AI-enabled solutions into daily work.

Responsibilities

• Develop a scalable HR technology roadmap aligned with business objectives.
• Evaluate HR tech platforms and drive enhancements, upgrades, or new investments.
• Serve as the primary administrator and SME for HR technology.
• Ensure governance, security, compliance, and scalability across the tech stack.
• Identify opportunities for automation and process improvements across HR operations.
• Collaborate with HR partners and leaders to gather requirements and drive adoption.
• Extract and deliver data to stakeholders for dashboards and workforce analytics.
• Manage vendor relationships and lead system implementations and integrations.
