Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an HR Technology Platforms Manager to lead the governance, configuration, and ongoing evolution of our HR technology ecosystem.

You will steward HRIS, ATS, onboarding, learning and engagement tools, aligning investments with business goals and regulatory requirements. You will partner with HR leaders, technology teams, and vendors to drive automation, data-driven decision making, and a scalable HR technology environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years administering and optimizing HR technology platforms.
• Minimum 2 years implementing integrated enterprise HR systems (ATS, LMS, Employee Engagement).
• Experience with HRIS, applicant tracking systems, learning management and engagement survey tools.
• Experience with HR systems data extraction, reporting, and analytics.
• Demonstrated experience with at least two HR technology implementations (ideally HRIS and/or ATS).
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft CoPilot, Excel and reporting tools.
• Strong stakeholder management, communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to translate technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
• Commitment to data confidentiality and accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Translate business requirements into technology solutions and system enhancements.
• Lead HR technology governance, strategy, and vendor engagements.
• Configure, maintain, and optimize HRIS, ATS, LMS, perf/engagement tools.
• Drive automation and workflow improvements to scale HR operations.
• Partner with HR leaders and IT to ensure security, privacy, and compliance.
• Provide data extraction, reporting, and analytics for workforce insights.
