Job summary

WCG Clinical, Inc. is seeking an experienced HR Technology Platforms Manager to lead the management, configuration, maintenance, and evolution of WCG's HR technology ecosystem.

You will oversee HRIS, ATS, onboarding, learning, performance, compensation, engagement, and related systems to support business objectives, improve user experience, and enable data-driven decisions. Qualifications

• Minimum of 5 years administrating and optimizing a diverse array of HR technology platforms.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience identifying, updating and implementing integrated enterprise HR systems including ATS, LMS, Employee Engagement platforms.
• Experience with HR systems data extraction, reporting, and analytics.
• Demonstrated prior experience with at least two HR technology implementations, ideally an HRIS and/or applicant tracking system.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft CoPilot, Excel and reporting tools.
• Experience managing HR system configurations, workflows, permissions, integrations, and testing.
• Experience required in audit controls and external auditing support.
• Strong strategic and analytical thinking skills.
• Ability to translate complex technical concepts into business-friendly recommendations.
• Exceptional project management and organizational skills.
• Strong stakeholder management and influencing abilities.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
