Job summary

EY is hiring an Operations Coordinator to manage and review complex HR transactions within the Talent Enablement Center (TEC). This role provides coaching to less experienced team members and works with EY Recruiting and Talent teams to resolve processing issues.

The position emphasizes accuracy, customer service, and proactive problem solving across EY’s HR operations and reporting requirements. It is a nationwide opportunity with a focus on continuous improvement and strong collaboration.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary and appropriate actions to reach resolution, including non-routine inquiries.
• Use proven judgment and experience in applying concepts and guidelines; follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and proposes solutions for barriers to leadership.
