EY Anywhere in Country is seeking an Operation Coordinator in HR Talent Enablement to support and review complex HR transactions under TEC policy with limited supervision. You’ll coach less experienced teammates and help ensure accuracy and timely processing.

The role emphasizes ownership, proactive issue resolution, and collaboration with EY Recruiting and Talent teams. You’ll analyze transactions, prepare reports, and help drive improvements in service quality and efficiency.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures.
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service.

• Prepare and run reporting as directed and meet production standards.
