Job summary

EY is hiring an Operation Coordinator to process and review complex HR transactions within the TEC with limited supervision. The role includes coaching less experienced team members and ensuring production volume and quality standards are met, while collaborating with EY Recruiting and Talent teams on processing issues.

The ideal candidate has 1–3 years of HR-related experience, strong research and communication skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• 1–3 years related HR experience preferred
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Anticipate clients’ needs and resolve issues impacting service quality

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs by analyzing activity and taking necessary actions
• Escalate questions and discrepancies and propose solutions to leadership
• Provide coaching to less experienced team members when needed
• Perform detailed reconciliation of HR transactions and balance
• Assist with special projects as requested
