EY is seeking an Operation Coordinator within the Human Resources Talent Enablement Center (TEC) to process and review complex HR transactions with limited supervision. The role also involves coaching less experienced team members and escalating issues when needed.

You will prepare and analyze reports, meet production and quality standards, and support special projects as requested. EY offers a comprehensive rewards package and opportunities for professional growth.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions and issues with minimal supervision, following standard TEC procedures
• Understands the expectations of customers and delivers service that exceeds customer’s needs within department guidelines
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Anticipate clients’ needs, identifies and resolves issues that impact the delivery of quality service

Responsabilidades

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing the activity and performing necessary and appropriate actions to reach resolution, including non-routine inquiries
• Use proven judgment and experience in applying concepts and guidelines; follows through on commitments and takes responsibility for results; effectively prioritizes assignments; identifies and proposes solutions for barriers to leadership
