Job summary

EY is seeking an Operation Coordinator to process and review complex HR transactions within the TEC, under limited supervision. You will coach less experienced team members and ensure accuracy and timely delivery of HR-related tasks.

Ideal candidates have 1–3 years HR experience, strong analytical skills, and a proactive approach to improving processes. The role supports EY's Talent Enablement Center across national locations.

Qualifications

• HS diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years related HR experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries with analysis to reach resolution.
• Perform and review HR transactions with limited supervision.
• Maintain accurate records and reconciliations of HR data.
• Escalate questions and discrepancies to leadership.
• Coordinate with EY Recruiting or Talent teams on processing issues.
