Job summary

EY is seeking an Operation Coordinator to process and review complex HR transactions within the Talent Enablement Center, delivering high-quality service with limited supervision. The role includes coaching less experienced teammates and coordinating with EY Recruiting and HR teams.

The position emphasizes accuracy, timely responses to client needs, and adherence to TEC guidelines, with opportunities to contribute to process improvements and special HR initiatives.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to research, analyze, interpret and document HR transactions.
• Ability to follow TEC procedures with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication skills for internal/external stakeholders.
• Customer-focused approach to deliver quality service.

Responsibilities

• Process and review HR transactions with limited supervision according to TEC policies.
• Escalate questions or discrepancies to leadership and coordinate with EY Recruiting or Talent teams.
• Prepare and/or run reports as directed; meet production and quality standards.
• Assist on special HR projects as needed.
