Job summary

EY is seeking an Operation Coordinator to process and review complex HR transactions within the Talent Enablement Center (TEC). You will provide coaching to less experienced team members and work with EY Recruiting and Talent teams to resolve processing issues.

You will handle inquiries, follow established policies, and ensure accuracy and timely delivery of HR-related tasks while supporting special projects and reporting duties as needed.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision.
• Delivers strong customer service and clear communication.

Responsibilities

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries by analyzing activity and taking appropriate actions.
• Follow TEC procedures and apply guidelines to transactions.
• Perform complex HR transactions and reconciling activities with accuracy.
• Escalate questions or discrepancies and coordinate with EY Recruiting or Talent teams as needed.
• Generate or contribute to reporting and meet production and quality standards.
• Support special projects as requested.
