EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator to process and review more complex HR transactions within the Talent Enablement Center (TEC). The role supports coaching to less experienced teammates and works with limited supervision to ensure accurate HR processing across EY’s global HR operations.

You will respond to customer inquiries, escalate issues, and contribute to reporting and process improvements while meeting production and quality standards. Prior HR/recruitment exposure is a plus.

Formación

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience required.
• Approximately 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision.
• Delivers service that meets customer expectations within TEC guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.

Responsabilidades

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries and take appropriate actions to resolve issues.
• Use judgement and apply guidelines; prioritize assignments and escalate when needed.
