Job summary

EY Anywhere in the United States seeks an Operations Coordinator within the Human Resources Talent Enablement Center (TEC). You will process and review more complex HR transactions with limited supervision and provide coaching to less experienced team members.

Your responsibilities include reconciliations, escalation of discrepancies, proactive collaboration with EY Recruiting and Talent teams, and contributing to reporting while meeting production and quality standards.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience
• Approximately 1-3 years related experience preferred
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision
• Understands customer expectations and delivers service that meets department guidelines
• Effective verbal and written communication skills
• Anticipate clients' needs and resolve issues impacting quality of service

• Respond to internal and external customer needs and inquiries to reach resolution, including non-routine inquiries
