EY is seeking an Operations Coordinator to oversee and review complex HR transactions within the Talent Enablement Center (TEC), with limited supervision. You will coach less experienced teammates and coordinate with EY Recruiting and Talent teams to resolve processing issues.

Responsibilities include detailed reconciliation of HR transactions, meeting production and quality standards, and supporting special projects as needed.

Competenze

• High school diploma or equivalent work experience.
• Approximately 1–3 years related experience preferred.
• Ability to research, analyze, interpret, and document transactions with minimal supervision.
• Understanding customer expectations and delivering service that exceeds needs within TEC guidelines.
• Effective verbal and written communication skills.
• Anticipate clients’ needs and resolve issues impacting quality of service.
