Job summary

Sales Match is seeking an HR Representative to support employees, new hires, managers, and onboarding coordinators in a fully remote role based in Minnesota. You will answer routine questions, guide onboarding steps, and keep processes organized while maintaining timely, clear communication and confidentiality.

The position requires a 40-hour workweek with variable shifts, offering a fully remote work setup for Minnesota residents and a focus on accurate information and supportive employee

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• No experience required; related HR support or admin customer service experience preferred.
• Willingness to learn BambooHR and follow established instructions.
• Ability to use Google Calendar to coordinate invitations and schedules.
• Clear written and verbal communication; handle confidential information with discretion.
• Authorized to work in the United States.

Responsibilities

• Monitor a shared HR email queue and identify request topics.
• Respond to routine onboarding questions using approved materials.
• Check onboarding progress in BambooHR and identify outstanding steps.
• Enter accurate notes and updates in the HR system.
• Organize orientation invitations with Google Calendar and confirm details.
• Explain how to navigate self-service resources while staying within scope.
• Escalate complex questions to the HR team lead with context.
• Keep employees informed on expected updates and next steps.
• Maintain service quality with timely responses and thorough follow-ups.
