Talentoma is seeking a dedicated Onboarding Coordinator to join our HR team in a fully remote, home-based role based in Florida. You will coordinate onboarding requests, prepare welcome materials, and keep employee data organized while collaborating with managers, recruiters, and training contacts.

• Maintain organized employee information and current status notes.

Responsibilities

• Monitor HR inboxes, queues, emails, and tickets for onboarding questions and next steps.
• Review onboarding requests for completeness before coordinating.
• Enter and update onboarding details in the HR system with clear notes.
