Hiredbuddy is seeking a remote Human Resources Manager to join our team. This entry-level role supports HR operations, employee relations, and recruitment. Ideal for recent graduates or those with 0-2 years of HR experience, you will gain hands-on experience in a dynamic environment.

You will be the first point of contact for employees, helping shape our workplace culture while collaborating with a distributed team across time zones. We provide tools, a laptop, and ongoing learning opportunities.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business, Psychology, or related field (or equivalent experience).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace; familiarity with HRIS/ATS is a plus.

Responsabilidades

• Support the full employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.
• Assist recruitment: posting openings, screening resumes, scheduling interviews.
• Maintain accurate HRIS records and ensure data confidentiality.
• Handle employee inquiries on benefits, policies, and procedures.
• Help develop and implement HR policies aligned with values and legal requirements.
• Assist in performance management and documentation.
• Coordinate training and development initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws in the United States.
• Support DEI initiatives and foster belonging.
• Prepare HR reports and analytics on trends.
• Participate in special projects like surveys or policy updates.
