Responsibilities include creating onboarding tasks in HR systems, sending welcome messages, arranging orientations, and guiding new hires through training access.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• No experience required; related experience supporting HR onboarding or office coordination is preferred.
• Ability to handle employee information discreetly and maintain orderly task notes across onboarding requests.
• Comfort learning HR systems such as Workday and LMS such as Cornerstone.
• Clear written and verbal communication and a welcoming approach to new hires.
• Authorized to work in the United States.
• Fully remote work focusing on desk-based onboarding support and coordination with HR colleagues.
• Structured onboarding and training on HR systems and LMS.
• Regular check-ins with HR team lead for guidance on tasks.
• 40-hour weekly commitment with defined working days and shift times.

Responsibilities

• Receive onboarding requests and confirm start date and orientation needs.
• Create onboarding tasks in HR systems with owners, due dates, and progress.
• Send approved welcome messages detailing orientation steps and access.
• Arrange orientation invitations and share joining instructions.
• Assign introductory courses in the LMS and provide course access details.
• Answer routine questions using approved onboarding guidance.
• Follow up on outstanding onboarding tasks and update next steps.
• Flag conflicting information or delays to the HR team lead with context.
• Close tasks with handoff notes and maintain quality records.
