Addison Group is seeking an HR Leave Management Representative for a fully remote contract role through January 2027. The successful candidate will support leave processes, educate employees on leave options, and maintain confidential records with a focus on accuracy and customer service.

The role offers Monday–Friday daytime hours, with office-preferred Phoenix proximity. Remote candidates must have a private workspace and strong communication skills to manage inquiries and documentation.

Qualifications

• Experience with leave administration processes and documentation.
• Working knowledge of FMLA, STD/LTD, Workers' Compensation, Military/Personal Leave preferred.
• Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to manage high-volume workload and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Support employees through the leave process and explain options.
• Maintain accurate leave records and update case management systems.
• Communicate leave status, deadlines, and required actions by phone and email.
• Coordinate information with internal HR, Safety, and external vendors.
• Assist with inquiries and support Workers' Compensation processes.
• Provide coverage to maintain consistent service levels.
