Job summary

Addison Group is seeking an HR Leave Management Representative on behalf of our client for a contract opportunity through January 2027. The role provides administrative and employee support throughout the leave process, helping employees understand leave options, required documentation, responsibilities, and next steps.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and balances phone-based customer service with admin tasks.

Qualifications

• 2+ years HR/leave administration experience or a related degree
• Experience supporting leave management preferred
• Knowledge of FMLA, STD/LTD, WC, military and personal leave preferred
• Understanding of FMLA regulations and leave administration processes
• Strong confidentiality and communications skills
• High school diploma or GED preferred

Responsibilities

• Assist employees through the leave process by identifying applicable leave types and providing required documentation
• Maintain accurate leave records and update case management systems
• Communicate leave status, deadlines, and required actions by phone and email
• Coordinate leave information with internal HR, Safety, and external administrators
• Assist with inquiries via shared HR and leave-management inboxes
• Support Workers' Comp and other leave matters
• Provide coverage to maintain service levels
• Research questions and resolve issues with minimal escalations
• Identify process improvements to enhance the employee experience
• Handle sensitive information with confidentiality and accuracy
• Complete additional administrative duties and projects as assigned
