Job summary

Ultimate Staffing Services is seeking a Benefits Administrator for a fully remote role supporting a multi-state workforce. This position centers on customer service and guiding employees through benefits, leaves of absence, and accommodations with empathy and confidence.

The ideal candidate has 3-5+ years of benefits and leave administration experience, strong knowledge of FMLA/ADA, and experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now). Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred.

Qualifications

• Strong knowledge of FMLA, ADA, and multi-state leave laws.
• Experience with HRIS platforms (ADP Workforce Now preferred).
• Bilingual English/Spanish preferred.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for benefits and leave inquiries.
• Administer FMLA, state leaves, ADA accommodations, and internal leave programs.
• Support employees across multiple states.
• Partner with managers and HR to ensure compliance and smooth return-to-work processes.
