You will own routine HR tasks, handle employee relations, onboarding, and recruiting, and help clients improve processes while keeping accurate HRIS records. Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience in generalist, operations, or client-facing roles.
• Experience supporting a small business, nonprofit, startup, or lean HR team.
• Familiarity with payroll, benefits administration, onboarding, recruiting, and employee relations.

Responsibilities

• Support 6-8 client organizations with HR tasks across payroll, benefits, documentation, and HR processes.
• Handle routine employee relations, onboarding, recruiting, and HR program administration.
• Maintain HRIS data, employee records, and client-specific HR documentation with accuracy.
• Identify workflow improvements and help implement more efficient practices.
