The role focuses on payroll processing, benefits administration, onboarding, employee relations, and HR documentation for diverse clients across the US.

You'll work independently in a remote environment while collaborating with a team of HR Principals, with a base salary range of $70,000-$78,000 and four weeks PTO plus

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HR experience, preferably in an HR generalist, operations, or client-facing role.
• Hands-on payroll processing and HRIS experience with major platforms.
• Knowledge of benefits administration, onboarding, recruiting, and employee relations.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience preferred.
• Full-time W2 position with remote-friendly work environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage payroll processing for assigned clients, including multi-state employees and 1099 contractors.
• Create and maintain HR documents, policies, notices, and communications for clients.
• Support employee relations and respond to routine HR questions.
• Assist with projects like recruiting, onboarding, performance management, and engagement.
• Maintain HRIS data, benefits records, and documentation; improve recurring processes.
