Job summary

Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own the contingent worker lifecycle, partnering with business leaders to ensure compliant engagement models across the organization. The role emphasizes classification, SOW governance, onboarding, and ongoing engagement obligations within a global context.

You will maintain accurate records, drive process improvements, and collaborate with Legal, Talent, and Finance to manage risk and ensure regulatory compliance across jurisdictions.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business administration, legal studies, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Must have owned or overseen the contractor management lifecycle.
• Experience with HRIS/workflows and Workday preferred.
• Experience in professional services or multinational organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead and document worker classification assessments with Legal and HR Compliance Leader on high-risk determinations.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Ensure contractor engagements have approved agreements and SOWs; manage extensions/terminations.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support audits, risk assessments, remediation.
• Develop and improve contractor lifecycle procedures, controls, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
