Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle across the firm, partnering with business leaders, Legal, Talent, and Finance to ensure compliant engagement models, accurate classification, and timely onboarding, extensions, and offboarding.

This role requires deep knowledge of worker classifications in the US and multinational contexts, experience with Workday, and a proactive focus on risk, controls, and process improvements.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Admin, Legal Studies or related field.
• 5-7+ years in HR compliance or contingent workforce management.
• Owned or overseen contractor management lifecycle.
• HR/compliance certifications preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CCEP).
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational org.

Mansioni

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead and document contractor classification assessments and advise on complex determinations with Legal.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure smooth onboarding experience.
• Ensure contractor engagements have active, approved agreements and SOWs.
• Maintain start/end dates, renewal milestones, and approvals; plan extensions or terminations.
• Manage compliance obligations, documentation, and records; support audits and risk remediation.
• Develop and improve contractor lifecycle procedures, controls, reporting, and stakeholder communications.
