Job summary

Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to oversee end-to-end contingent worker and contractor management. You will partner with business leaders to ensure compliant engagement models, classifications, and lifecycle controls across the firm.

You will work within the HR Compliance team to manage classifications, SOWs, onboarding, extensions, and offboarding, maintaining audit-ready records and driving improvements across units.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required in HR, business, legal studies or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Own or directly oversee the contractor management lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Understand contingent workforce requirements and advise on appropriate engagement approaches.
• Lead and document worker classification assessments with Legal and HR Compliance Leader input.
• Create and manage job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
