Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end contingent worker and contractor management lifecycle across Crowe. You will partner with business leaders to define requirements, evaluate scope and supervision, and ensure compliant worker engagement models from requisition to offboarding.

You will oversee classifications, SOWs, onboarding, extensions, and terminations while maintaining audit-ready records and driving process improvements. Strong knowledge of U.S.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, legal studies, or related field.
• 5-7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Owned or overseen the contractor management lifecycle.
• Professional HR/compliance certification preferred (SHRM/PHR, etc.).
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational orgs.

Aufgaben

• Understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead worker classification assessments; consult Legal on complex determinations.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth, timely experience.
• Ensure each contractor/SOW has active, approved agreements covering work.
• Monitor start/end dates, renewal milestones, and necessary approvals.
• Manage ongoing obligations, documentation, and trainings related to worker status.
• Coordinate offboarding, access removal, and record closure.
• Maintain audit-ready records; support audits and remediation.
• Develop lifecycle procedures and drive scalable compliance improvements.
