Job summary

Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end contingent worker management lifecycle. You will partner with business leaders to understand workforce needs, assess engagement models, and ensure compliant engagement approaches from requisition to offboarding.

As part of the HR Compliance team, you will manage classifications, SOWs, onboarding, extensions, terminations, and maintain audit-ready records while driving process improvements to reduce risk and improve controls across

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, business, legal studies or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Must have owned or directly overseen the contractor management lifecycle.
• Professional certification in HR or compliance preferred.
• Experience in professional services or multinational organization preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of worker classification distinctions and related regulations.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead worker classification assessments and coordinate with Legal on complex determinations.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding and ensure timely onboarding experience.
• Ensure contractor/SOW agreements and approvals are in place and documented.
• Maintain accurate start/end dates, renewal milestones, and approvals; manage extensions/terminations.
• Maintain audit-ready records and support audits and remediation.
• Develop and improve lifecycle procedures and drive compliance across units.
