Job summary

Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end contingent worker management lifecycle across the organization. You will partner with business leaders to understand contingent workforce requirements, assessing scope, duration, supervision, and operational needs, and provide guidance on compliant engagement models from requisition through offboarding.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Administration, Legal Studies, or related field.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Experience owning or directly overseeing the contractor management lifecycle.
• Professional HR/compliance certification preferred (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, PHR, SPHR, CCEP).
• Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational organization preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead and document worker classification assessments; consult Legal/HR Compliance for complex determinations.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure smooth and timely onboarding experience.
• Ensure contractor engagements have active, approved agreements and SOWs; manage extensions and terminations.
• Maintain audit-ready records of classifications, requisitions, agreements, SOWs, and approvals; support audits and remediation.
• Develop and improve lifecycle procedures, controls, reporting, and stakeholder communications; drive compliance across units.
