Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager in the United States to own the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle, partner with leaders, and ensure compliant engagement models. You will classify workers, manage SOWs, and coordinate onboarding and offboarding with cross-functional teams across Legal, Talent, and Finance.

The role emphasizes risk management, documentation controls, and process improvements to support compliant operations. Remote-friendly with collaboration across business units.

Qualifikationen

• Bachelor's degree required (HR, Business Admin, Legal Studies, or related).
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Must have owned or overseen the contractor management lifecycle.

Aufgaben

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead and document worker classification assessments and consult Legal on complex determinations.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday.
• Coordinate with Onboarding and relevant teams to ensure smooth onboarding.
• Ensure contractor engagements have active, approved agreements and SOWs; manage extensions and terminations.
• Maintain accurate start/end dates, renewal milestones, and approvals; plan extensions or terminations.
• Coordinate ongoing obligations, documentation, policy/training requirements, and status changes.
• Coordinate timely offboarding with IT, Finance, and other parties; close records.
• Maintain audit-ready records of classifications, requisitions, agreements, and approvals; support audits and remediation.
• Develop and improve contractor lifecycle procedures, controls, and reporting; close compliance gaps.
