Job summary

Crowe is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to own the end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle across the firm, partnering with business leaders to assess scope, duration, supervision, and compliance while guiding worker engagement models, classifications, and obligations.

This role collaborates with Legal, Talent, Finance and others to manage classifications, SOWs, onboarding, extensions, and terminations, ensuring audit-ready records and onboarding excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, business, or legal studies required.
• 5–7+ years of progressive HR compliance or related experience.
• Experience owning or overseeing contractor management lifecycle.
• SHRM/PHR/SCMP or similar certification preferred.
• Experience in professional services or multinational orgs preferred.
• Strong knowledge of worker classification and HRIS/Workday.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end contingent worker lifecycle and compliance.
• Partner with leaders to assess scope, duration, supervision, and needs.
• Lead worker classification assessments with Legal input on complex cases.
• Create and manage requisitions and Workday workflows with correct classifications.
• Oversee onboarding, engagements, extensions, and terminations with proper approvals.
• Maintain audit-ready records and drive process improvements for compliance.
• Coordinate offboarding, documentation, and records closure.
