Job summary

Crowe in the United States is seeking an HR Compliance Manager to oversee the end-to-end contingent worker and contractor management lifecycle. You will partner with business leaders to define requirements, assess scope, duration, supervision, and compliance models, ensuring proper approvals and documentation.

Qualifications

• Required: Bachelor's degree in HR, Business Admin, Legal Studies, or related field.
• Required: 5-7+ years in HR compliance or related experience with contingent workforce management.
• Required: Owned or overseen contractor management lifecycle.
• Preferred: SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP/PHR/SPHR/CCEP certification.
• Preferred: Experience in professional services, consulting, or multinational org.

Responsibilities

• Partner with business units to understand contingent workforce requirements and recommend engagement approaches.
• Lead and document worker classification assessments distinguishing contractor engagements from employees; consult Legal on complex determinations.
• Create and manage approved job requisitions and related workforce requests in Workday with accurate details and approvals.
• Coordinate onboarding to ensure a smooth, timely experience.
• Ensure all engagements have an active, approved agreement and SOW; manage extensions, terminations, and required approvals.
